Compassion ~
We’ve been given the scared gift of Compassion.
To feel Compassion is
to feel the warmth and wisdom of Mother Mary’s embrace.
Feel
a sense of perceptive design to replace the despair and
chaos in your mind.
Feel the warmth
inside that warms every nerve that runs through your spine.
Feel
your heart lifted up to the sun and warmed by its light.
Feel your freedom from fear and sorrow
Feel an attachment to light and strength.
To give compassion is to watch someone heal.
See them return to wholeness.
See light return to their eyes.
See strength return to their body.
See spirit return to a weary face.
To abuse someone’s compassion is either arrogance or ignorance.
If your ego gets involved with
compassion, you will feel the most alone that you have ever felt in your
life.
Always keep your wisdom, when granting compassion – as to its vital
purpose.
The person in need of compassion
often thinks they know in what form you should deliver your compassion
to them. If they are not
overwhelmed with absolute love from your heart: they have ulterior motives.
Compassion is not
foolishly giving your heart away – it’s the prudent application of
healing grace.
Some people confuse Compassion with pity.
They will beg for your Compassion; however, they truly want your
pity. You can give pity to
anyone. People wallow in
self-pity; however it is impossible to wallow in self-compassion.
If you feel Compassion makes you weak – you are giving or receiving
pity, not Compassion. Compassion
is empowerment and makes your soul strong.
Compassion is to feel the ashes of Joan of Arc, along with her tears.
Cherish Compassion every time it is given to you.
Because for one moment in your passing time on this earth: there
is a soul healing the tender wounds of your soul.
That soul is like your rib cage: encasing the tender beating of
your heart. Hold that
delicate soul; embrace its healing light and thank God for Compassion.
